TB-500

What is it?

TB-500 is a synthetic version of thymosin beta-4, a protein the body already produces to help tissue repair. It is one of the best-known recovery peptides and a natural partner to BPC-157 — together they form the classic recovery stack that so many people ask for.

Why people choose it

  • A recovery favourite alongside BPC-157
  • Popular for whole-body repair, not just one area
  • Loved for flexibility and freedom of movement
  • Simple, convenient addition to a recovery routine

What is it used for?

  • Recovery and tissue repair
  • Flexibility and mobility
  • Bouncing back after hard training
  • General physical resilience

How it works

TB-500 relates to a natural protein involved in how cells move and organise themselves while tissue repairs. This 'whole-body' style of action is why people reach for it when they want more than spot-treatment recovery.

Good to know

  • Works beautifully stacked with BPC-157.
  • Also available as a pre-made BPC-157 + TB-500 blend.
  • A mainstay in serious recovery stacks.

  • Wait 5–10 seconds before withdrawing, then apply gentle pressure. Do not rub the site.
  • Rotate sites systematically — abdomen (at least 5 cm from the navel), thighs and upper arms — to avoid lipohypertrophy.
  • Use a new sterile 28–31 G insulin syringe every time and dispose of it in a sharps container.

Safety & evidence

  • Not approved for human use — sold for research purposes only.
  • Prohibited by WADA in competitive sport.
  • Human safety data are limited; preclinical studies report support for wound healing and angiogenesis.
