1 Research use only

Everything sold on limitlessclinic.shop is supplied strictly as a chemical reference material for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use by qualified professionals. This is the single most important term on this page, and every other term is written on the assumption that you have understood it.

The products are not medicines, medical devices, dietary supplements, food or cosmetics. They have not been evaluated or approved by the European Medicines Agency, the FDA or any other regulator for the treatment, prevention, diagnosis or cure of any condition.

They are not for human or veterinary consumption. They must not be injected, ingested, inhaled, applied to the skin or administered in any other way to a human being or an animal, and they must not be used in any diagnostic or therapeutic procedure.

By placing an order you confirm that you are acquiring the products solely for legitimate laboratory research, that you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely, and that you will not resell or supply them for human or animal use.

Limitless Clinic accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury or damage arising from any use of the products other than the laboratory research use described here. Misuse is entirely at the risk of the person misusing them.

2 Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by Limitless Clinic. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Limitless Clinic; "you" means the person or organisation placing an order.

3 Eligibility to order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to order from us.

You are responsible for checking that you may lawfully import and possess the products you order in your own country. Import rules for research chemicals differ significantly across jurisdictions, and we cannot advise you on the law where you live.

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including where the destination, the order pattern or the information supplied suggests the products are intended for human use. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

4 Orders and prices

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract forms only when we confirm your order by email.

Prices are shown in euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and order value.

We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate. If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you to confirm, amend or cancel the order rather than shipping something you did not agree to.

5 Payment

We accept bank transfer and USDT. Payment details and a payment reference are shown on your order page and emailed to you as soon as the order is placed.

Always quote the payment reference. Payments that arrive without one take longer to match to an order.

Orders are dispatched only after payment has cleared in full. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.

Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. Send the exact amount on the network you selected at checkout — funds sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.

6 Delivery

We ship across Europe. In Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia we use Omniva, LP Express and DPD, including parcel terminals. Elsewhere in Europe we ship with DPD.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, carrier delays and public holidays can all add time.

You are the importer of record. Any customs duty, import VAT or handling fee charged in the destination country is yours to pay, and a parcel refused or abandoned at customs is not refundable.

Check the parcel on arrival. Tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or wrong, with photographs where relevant, so we can put it right.

7 Returns and refunds

Because these are sealed research chemicals whose integrity cannot be verified once the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items on health-protection grounds. This is the exception to the EU distance-selling right of withdrawal provided for in Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Unopened, undamaged items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first — returns sent without agreement cannot be processed.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, we replace it or refund it in full, including the shipping you paid.

Refunds go back by the route the payment came in, normally within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.

8 Product information on this site

The peptide profiles, dosage protocols and the dose calculator on this site are published as reference information transcribed from published literature and publicly available research protocols.

They describe how compounds have been studied. They are not instructions, not a recommendation, and not medical, veterinary or pharmaceutical advice. Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting that any product may be administered to a person or an animal.

If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified doctor. Never disregard medical advice because of something you read here.

9 Your responsibilities

Handle the products as laboratory chemicals: appropriate protective equipment, appropriate storage, appropriate disposal, and no access by anyone untrained.

Keep them out of reach of children and anyone who might mistake them for a medicine.

Do not resell, gift or otherwise supply the products to anyone for human or animal use, and do not describe them to anyone as fit for such use.

10 Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the products outside the laboratory research use described above, nor for indirect or consequential loss of any kind.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Limitless Clinic is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-law rules of the country you live in.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
