BPC-157
One of the most popular recovery peptides — a favourite for healing, joints and gut health.
What is it?
BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide based on a protective sequence found naturally in the stomach. It has become one of the most talked-about peptides in the recovery world, and for many people it is the very first peptide they try. Its reputation comes from how widely it is used by athletes, active people and anyone dealing with nagging aches.
Why people choose it
- One of the most requested recovery peptides
- A go-to choice for tendons, joints and soft tissue
- Popular with athletes and active people
- Pairs perfectly with TB-500 for a complete recovery stack
What is it used for?
- Recovery after training or injury
- Tendon, ligament and joint support
- Gut and digestive comfort
- General repair and wellbeing
How it works
In simple terms, BPC-157 is thought to support the body's natural repair signals — including the formation of new blood vessels that carry nutrients to damaged tissue. This is why it is so often associated with faster, smoother recovery.
Good to know
- Frequently stacked with TB-500 for a stronger recovery combo.
- A staple in most recovery-focused peptide line-ups.

Storage
- Powder (unmixed): −20 °C
- After mixing: 2–8 °C
- Avoid freeze–thaw cycles
Technique
- Clean the vial stopper and the skin with an alcohol swab and let both air-dry.
- Pinch a skinfold and insert the needle at 45–90° into the subcutaneous tissue.
- Do not aspirate for subcutaneous injections — inject slowly and steadily.
- Wait 5–10 seconds before withdrawing, then apply gentle pressure. Do not rub the site.
- Rotate sites systematically — abdomen (at least 5 cm from the navel), thighs and upper arms — to avoid lipohypertrophy.
- Use a new sterile 28–31 G insulin syringe every time and dispose of it in a sharps container.
Safety & evidence
- Human clinical data remain limited to early-phase safety trials and small case reports.
- Preclinical work points to tissue-repair support, but large-scale controlled human efficacy data are not yet available.
